2. Property Option Agreement

If you are not ready to sell immediately, we can discuss an option agreement. This would give us the contractual right, but not the obligation, to purchase your property within an agreed period and at an agreed price, subject to the terms of the agreement.

This may offer flexibility if you would prefer to agree a future sale rather than sell straight away.

3. Property Renovation Partnership

If your property has potential but requires investment or refurbishment, we can explore a partnership arrangement.

Depending on the property and our agreed terms, we may fund and manage improvements designed to increase its value. We would agree in advance how costs, responsibilities, the eventual sale and any resulting profit would be handled.

This can provide an opportunity to unlock value without you having to manage the renovation yourself.

We Handle the Process

Our objective is to make working with us as straightforward as possible.

Depending on the arrangement we agree, we may cover the agreed legal fees, estate agent fees and refurbishment costs, as well as coordinate the work and manage the project.

We aim to take the pressure off you by handling the agreed practical arrangements, keeping you informed throughout and making sure the terms are clear from the outset.

Every property and owner is different. We will discuss the available options openly, explain the proposed arrangement and agree the terms before proceeding.

We encourage all property owners to obtain independent legal and financial advice before entering into any purchase, option agreement or partnership. Any arrangement will be subject to appropriate checks, written agreements and any necessary third-party consents.
